Frequently asked questions about Systech Signage Technology and our modular signage systems.

What sizes are the systems available in?

There is a range of standard and custom sizes available for each system. For sizes, please refer to the relevant product sections. Size Charts for each system can be viewed in PDF format.

What are the lead/delivery times?

Estimated delivery times depend on two things: 1. The size of the order; and 2. Systech’s current workload at the time the order is placed. Systech does provide estimated lead times on all estimates, but be sure to confirm the lead time when the order is placed in case it has altered since the time of the original pricing estimate.

What finishes are available?

Systech’s standard finish is clear anodized, also known as satin natural anodized.  Other finishes are available. Please refer to each relevant product section to view the complete list of finishes offered for each product range.

Can I call and get pricing over the phone?

Systech does not supply pricing over the phone. We must receive all pricing requests in writing. Please send details of your signage requirements by fax or email. You can also use our Request an Estimate form on this web site. Systech will supply your estimate in writing.

Are there any signs available for exterior use?

The Architectural Modular Series is suitable for exterior use. There are a wide range of mounting and installation options which makes this versatile system perfect for a range of applications. Please refer to the Architectural Modular Series product section for more information.

What payment options does Systech offer?

All estimates provided by Systech will include a list of payment options offered to you. These details are only provided at the time of estimate. Please contact Systech directly for payment terms and conditions.

How can I become a Systech Dealer?

If you are a sign company, and you are interested in representing the Systech product lines, please advise your interest in writing. Include your address and all contact details as well as some information about your company.  A Systech representative will be in touch to discuss establishing a relationship.

Can I get pricing from Systech?

Systech only supplies pricing to Sign companies. We are wholesalers to the Sign Industry. If you are a designer, architect or general contractor, you may send your request through to us in writing, please include size and quantity details. We will forward your request and arrange pricing for you from a Systech Dealer nearest you.
